What an excellent time I had back at school today with Jenna Sigurdson! Jenna is a rock star fundraiser who has accumulated donations in excess of $30,000 for the Parkinson’s Society of Manitoba! Did I mention she’s only 13! Wow!! We had a kick off event at her school today where she invited me to come speak about all things Amazing. We had a fantastic time retelling stories of dogsleds, muktuk, persevering and Parkinson’s. Thanks Jenna for inviting me to come speak!!

All in all it was a great day for story telling and bringing awareness to Young Onset Parkinson’s. I’m honored to have the opportunity to share with these great kids and share the joy that is The Amazing Race Canada!
